Frequently asked questions
What printing methods are used for Hilken Design T-shirts?
- Full colour print: Digital Transfer (DTF) printing is a cutting-edge method for clothing and textiles. It involves transferring designs from a special film onto the fabric using heat and pressure. It's great for high-resolution, full colour prints with intricate details, and is the most economical option for lower quantities.
- Screen print: This is a popular method for clothing and textiles, where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the fabric, creating vibrant and long-lasting prints. It's cost-effective and available, from a quantity of 40 pieces and allows for up to 4 colours.
- Embroidery: Utilising direct fabric threading, this method skill fully brings your logos and designs to life. Each stitch contributes to a durable, textured finish, enhancing the garment's elegance. Our embroidery allows up to 6 different colours in your design.
- Sample garments without printing: Keen to assess the quality of our clothing before committing to a large-scale print order? It's easy! Opt for the unprinted sample option and experience the quality first, and without any prints.
